About the Role
We are hiring a mid-level Content Writer to create high-quality written content using our AI-assisted content system and detailed client briefs.
This role is for writers who see AI as a practical tool to amplify good writing. You will work from structured briefs and AI-generated foundations, applying judgment, taste, and writing skill to produce clear, engaging, publication-ready content.
This is a hands-on execution role. It does not involve people management or content strategy ownership. Editors provide quality control and feedback, but writers are responsible for strong drafts and meeting deadlines.
What You’ll Do
Write high-quality content using AI-assisted drafts and client briefs
Produce clear, engaging, well-structured written content, including branded news articles, blog content, and related written formats
Research client industries to ensure accuracy and relevance
Improve AI-generated drafts by fixing tone, structure, repetition, and clarity issues
Apply basic SEO principles following internal guidelines
Follow defined workflows, formatting standards, and quality checklists
Incorporate editorial feedback to improve quality and efficiency over time
Manage multiple assignments and deadlines independently
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 2 years of professional content writing experience
Strong writing fundamentals and editorial judgment
Comfortable working with AI-assisted writing tools as part of daily output
Ability to turn AI drafts into publication-ready content
High attention to detail and consistency
Able to follow detailed guidelines and client briefs
Clear written communication and responsiveness to feedback
Self-accountable for deadlines and work outcomes
Basic understanding of copywriting and SEO fundamentals
Proficient with spreadsheets and standard content tools
Basic HTML and WordPress experience preferred but not required
Reliable remote working setup
This role is not a fit for writers who are opposed to using AI in content production.
